As a big fan (in America) of Nobuyuki Tsujii, I have been impressed with the popularity of classical music in Japan. The concert halls are indeed outstanding, and I myself plan to fly to Tokyo to attend a concert at the Bunkamura Orchard Hall this fall.
Nobuyuki has sold out concert after concert in Japan. I think he has contributed a great deal to drawing audience to classical music. I think he deserves more credit than you give him in this blog post, but thanks for your article just the same.
