Our staff is very fun, because he suddenly thought, he want to make Melting Omelet!!
As we know, although Omelet is very simple and cook very easy!!, but once we try to make Melting Omelet, we notice, it’s very difficult!!
The point is Melting!! It means very thin surface cover the soft egg inside….
